ADHD & Neurodiversity Coaching

Supporting neurodivergent strengths while easing everyday challenges.

Alongside psychological counselling, I offer coaching for adults, older teens, and parents — whether neurodivergent or neurotypical — looking for grounded, strengths-focused support. Coaching is collaborative: we work together to understand what’s getting in the way, what helps you thrive, and what practical approaches fit the way you think, feel, and work best.

Coaching for individuals and parents

Common areas of focus include:

  • Motivation, procrastination, and task initiation

  • Planning, organisation, and time management

  • Emotional regulation and overwhelm

  • Managing distractions and building follow-through

  • Self-acceptance, self-compassion, and advocacy

Coaching also supports the executive skills that shape daily life — getting started, staying organised, moving between tasks, and finding your flow again when you feel stuck. We approach these skills side-by-side, in ways that feel realistic and compassionate.

Support for parents

School systems can vary widely in how they understand and support neurodivergent children. Some families experience a strong sense of inclusion and support, while others encounter greater rigidity or pressure for their child to “fit the mould.” If this resonates, coaching offers a collaborative space to understand and celebrate your child’s strengths, navigate school, support motivation and routines, and help create a calmer, more connected family life.
